Evaluation and Assessment
Dr. Vengurlekar, Interventional Pain Specialist, and CEO and Founder of Pain Clinic Arizona, and Premier Pain Institute, personally takes a detailed history and examination from every patient of Pain Clinic Arizona. Since pain is a complex problem, Dr Vengurlekar, does not employ PAs or Nurse Practitioners, and each patient gets his individual and personalised attention. The Assessment begins with a thorough Medical History, concentrating on the characteristics of the pain- site, character, duration, radiation, aggravating, relieving, associated factors.
A detailed and targeted examination of the site of pain including a detailed neurological, skeletomuscular, abdominal, or a chest examination is performed by Dr. Vengurlekar to arrive at a bedside diagnosis. MRIs and other relevant tests may be ordered to confirm the diagnoses.
Individual Treatment Plan
An Individually tailored treatment plan is formulated and discussed with each patient personally by Dr Vengurlekar and he remains receptive and responsive to his patients’ requirements, providing a personal approach to care.
